El desarrollo del marco regulador de los cripto mercados continúa en todo el mundo. El Reino Unido ha presentado un proyecto de normativa para las criptomonedas, equiparando los activos digitales a los valores, con el fin de posicionar al país como un "puerto seguro" para la criptoindustria. Según las normas propuestas, las criptointercambios, los distribuidores y los agentes estarían regulados de forma similar a las empresas financieras tradicionales, con requisitos de transparencia, protección del consumidor y sostenibilidad operativa. Las nuevas normas también introducen seis nuevas actividades reguladas, entre las que se incluyen el comercio, la custodia y las apuestas de criptodivisas. Las empresas dispondrán de un periodo de transición de dos años para adaptar sus sistemas a los nuevos requisitos. Esta iniciativa tiene el potencial de atraer más inversiones al sector y reforzar la posición del Reino Unido como uno de los líderes en activos digitales.En estos momentos, el bitcoin ha alcanzado el rango que mencionábamos antes: 105.000-109.000 dólares. Esta es la última zona de resistencia en el camino hacia la actualización del precio máximo histórico del bitcoin.
