El Dólar estadounidense cae frente al Peso chileno, operando al momento de escribir sobre 938.55. El Índice del Dólar (DXY) pierde un 0.30% el día de hoy, cotizando actualmente en 100.70. El precio del cobre retrocede un 0.63% en la jornada del miércoles, negociándose sobre 4.6131$ por libra. El vicepresidente de la Reserva Federal, Philip Jefferson, señaló en su discurso que espera un menor crecimiento debido a la política comercial. La atención de los inversionistas se enfocará en las ventas minoristas de Estados Unidos así como en el discurso de Jerome Powell, el día de mañana. El USD/CLP marcó un máximo del día en 941.64, atrayendo vendedores que llevaron la paridad un mínimo de dos días en 935.95. Al momento de escribir, el USD/CLP cae un 0.21%, cotizando en 938.55. El Peso chileno se aprecia con la mirada puesta en las declaraciones de Jerome Powell Philip Jefferson, vicepresidente de la Reserva Federal, advirtió en su discurso del día de hoy que los aranceles podrían presionar los precios al alza, por lo que espera un crecimiento menor debido a la retórica comercial. El Índice del Dólar (DXY) registrando un retroceso de un 0.30%, alcanzando mínimos del 9 de mayo en 100.27, hilando dos jornadas consecutivas a la baja. Por otro lado, los precios del cobre caen un 1.37% en la jornada del miércoles, consolidándose dentro del rango operativo de la sesión anterior en 4.5850$ por libra. En este sentido, el Peso chileno gana terreno frente al Dólar estadounidense, en tanto que el USD/CLP pierde un 0.21% diario, operando en estos momentos en 938.55. El foco de los inversores estará el día de mañana en las ventas minoristas de Estados Unidos y en las declaraciones de Jerome Powell , presidente de la Reserva Federal. Los operadores estarán atentos a los comentarios que ofrezcan claridad en el ritmo de recorte de tipos de interés por parte del Banco Central. Niveles técnicos en el USD/CLP El USD/CLP estableció una resistencia de corto plazo dada por el máximo del 30 de abril en 961.65.
