Nueva Tecnología de Fuego (1611.HK) anunció que adquirirá el equipo de inversión y el sistema de comercio de la oficina familiar Li Lin, Avenir Group, por $1.6 millones.
Después de completar la adquisición, Nueva Tecnología de Fuego planea lanzar un servicio de gestión de activos denominado en Bitcoin llamado Alpha BTC, con el objetivo de atraer inversiones de más de 10,000 Bitcoins en un año, valoradas en aproximadamente $760 millones. La estrategia generará rendimientos a través del comercio de derivados como opciones, con Bitcoin o IBIT ETF como los activos subyacentes, dirigido a clientes que incluyen inversores nativos de criptomonedas y negocios locales en Hong Kong. Avenir Group posee 18.3 millones de acciones de BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust, valoradas en $908 millones, a finales de 2025.
