Según un informe de la agencia de noticias rusa TASS, Ivan Chebeskov, viceministro de Finanzas de Rusia, declaró en la conferencia "Sistema Financiero Digital Ruso" que el Ministerio de Finanzas y el Banco Central de Rusia planean completar la revisión del proyecto de ley de regulación del mercado de criptomonedas a principios de la próxima semana para su presentación ante la Duma Estatal para una segunda lectura. De acuerdo con el marco regulatorio establecido previamente por el Banco Central, las monedas digitales y las stablecoins serán clasificadas como activos de divisas extranjeras.
