I. Competition & participation details
1. Each entry in this competition will be submitted as a BUIDL (participant's project or team).
2. A BUIDL may consist of one or multiple participants.
3. Each participant can join only one BUIDL.
4. Cross-team participation, identity swapping, or assisting multiple BUIDLs is strictly prohibited.
5. Submitting your BUIDL through the official event platform does not guarantee entry into the live trading phase. All BUIDLs must pass the review stage to advance.
6. Participants must ensure that their participation complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
7. Participation is void in regions or jurisdictions where it is prohibited by law or where participants are not legally eligible. Participants must be at least 18 years old and possess full civil capacity. The organizer may conduct sanction screenings, identity verification (KYC), entity verification (KYB), and ultimate beneficial owner (UBO) checks during registration and before prize distribution. Participants who fail or refuse to complete these verifications will be disqualified from the competition.
II. Trading rules
1. All trading must be conducted through the official WEEX OpenAPI platform using accounts approved for the competition.
2. Only the designated trading pairs announced for the competition are permitted for trading.
3. Any trades outside the approved scope will result in immediate disqualification.
4. Trading strategies may be fully or semi-automated, but purely manual trading is strictly prohibited.
6. Any participant found attempting to gain an unfair advantage through deceptive or manipulative means will be disqualified, and their ranking will be voided.
7. The organizer reserves the right to implement or adjust risk control measures (including maximum leverage, position limits, order frequency limits, STP, rate limiting, and liquidation protection mechanisms) and may enforce position closures to manage risk or comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
III. Proof of AI involvement (AI log required)
1. BUIDLs entering the live trading phase must provide an AI log (ai_log) containing:
2. The AI log is a mandatory document to verify AI involvement and compliance.
3. Failure to provide valid proof of AI involvement will result in disqualification and removal from the rankings.
4. Only approved UIDs included in the official allowlist are allowed to submit AI log data.
5. Each interaction with your AI tool must be logged through the ai_log API. If the interaction involves any order-related operation, the corresponding OrderID must be provided for verification.
IV. Ranking & rewards

1. Participants are solely responsible for ensuring that they meet all legal eligibility requirements within their respective jurisdictions.
2. The competition and its related tools are provided "as is", and the organizer's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. Participants agree to indemnify the organizer for any breach, intellectual property infringement, or prohibited conduct.
3. WEEX assumes no responsibility for any regulatory or legal issues arising from participation in the competition.
4. WEEX reserves the right to review, suspend, terminate, or modify this event at any time at its sole discretion.
5. In the event of any discrepancies between different language versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
6. WEEX reserves the right of final interpretation and enforcement of these Terms and Conditions.
