BlockBeats News, 24 novembre. Selon des révélations de KOLs internationaux, la plateforme de partage de vidéos Rumble, soutenue par Tether, prend désormais en charge le BTC, le XAUT et l'USDT pour les pourboires. Actuellement, le test est uniquement ouvert aux utilisateurs Android et limité à quelques milliers de participants. Parallèlement, le portefeuille crypto de Rumble a été lancé.
Rumble a annoncé en décembre 2024 avoir conclu un accord définitif avec Tether, recevant un investissement stratégique de 775 millions de dollars. Dans le cadre de cet accord, Tether a acheté 103 333 333 actions ordinaires de classe A de Rumble au prix de 7,50 $ par action, pour un total de 775 millions de dollars. Sur ce montant, 250 millions de dollars seront utilisés pour des plans de croissance, notamment pour attirer davantage de créateurs de contenu, réaliser des acquisitions stratégiques et améliorer l'infrastructure technologique de Rumble Cloud.
