Ethereum Whale Sells 15,000 ETH in a Swing Trade, Still Holds 45,000 ETH
BlockBeats News, July 16th, according to @EmberCN monitoring, [a Whale/Institution realized a $30.45 million profit through two $ETH swing trades] continued to sell 15,000 ETH ($46 million) through Wintermute in the past 8 hours.
They started their third round of ETH swing trading from 6/11-6/22: bought 132,000 ETH at an average price of $2,540, then started selling ETH in batches to take profits from 7/9.
They have sold 88,592 ETH for 246 million USDC, with an average selling price of $2,779, realizing a profit of $21.17 million from this portion of sales.
They currently hold 45,000 ETH (approximately $141 million), with an unrealized profit of $26.86 million on this portion.
