SimpleChain announced the completion of a $15 million seed round financing, focusing on building RWA Layer1 infrastructure and continuously promoting the implementation and development of the ecological protocol DataIPO. It is reported that the core team members come from former executives of Shuqin Technology, JD.com, and Ant Group.

According to public information, Xinhua News Agency previously reported that Shuqin Technology has made forward-looking layouts in China around trusted data, financial technology, and compliance links. The launch of SimpleChain is also seen as a further extension of the team's historical experience in the direction of RWA infrastructure.
