BlockBeats News, September 8th, The Smarter Web Company, a London-listed technology company, has completed a placement of 2.043 million ordinary shares in accordance with the subscription agreement announced on June 19, 2025, raising a total of approximately £2.612 million (before expenses), equivalent to an approximate price of £1.28 per share. The company is expected to receive approximately 97% of the settlement funds early this week, with the remaining 548,800 ordinary shares yet to be placed.
