Segundo o Yahoo Finance, Nigel Farage, líder do partido Reform UK, investiu na empresa de BTC-42">Bitcoin Stack BTC, listada em Londres. Farage comprou 4,3 milhões de ações a 5 pence cada por meio de sua empresa Thorn In The Side Ltd, adquirindo uma participação de 6,31% na Stack BTC, avaliada em £3,4 milhões. Esta rodada de financiamento de £260.000 também atraiu a empresa de criptomoedasBlockchain.com como investidora estratégica.
A Stack BTC é presidida pelo ex-chanceler do Tesouro Kwasi Kwarteng e planeja construir um portfólio de empresas britânicas enquanto mantém reservas em Bitcoin.
