EUA O juiz do Tribunal Distrital, Zachary Bluestone, no Missouri, decidiu na sexta-feira que a ação judicial estava prescrita devido às alegações serem muito antigas e excederem o prazo de prescrição. No entanto, o juiz também afirmou que Ann Altman poderia emendar e reapresentar a queixa.
O advogado dela, Ryan Mahoney, declarou: "A decisão do tribunal diz respeito apenas a questões processuais e não afeta a substância das alegações em si."
