Tài sản kỹ thuật số này hoạt động dưới sự giám sát của Cơ quan Quản lý Tiền tệ Hồng Kông.
Việc thực thi kỹ thuật được hoàn thành bởi sự phối hợp giữa Anchorpoint Financial, một công ty fintech được Standard Chartered Hồng Kông hỗ trợ, cùng các nhà môi giới kỹ thuật số OSL Group và PantherTrade.
