合约交易Coinbase加密游说团体敦促国会支持CLARITY法案
BlockBeats 消息，7 月 8 日，据 Cointelegraph 报道，Coinbase 加密游说团体与多家加密公司呼吁美国众议院议员在下周会议期间尽快通过 CLARITY 法案，以明确加密行业的监管框架。
在本周一发出的一封联名信中，Stand With Crypto 联盟与 65 个加密倡导组织和公司敦促议员支持《数字资产市场清晰法案》（CLARITY 法案）。信中写道：「我们知道，一些人试图将加密立法政治化，但加密技术正深刻重塑全球经济，美国若不尽快出台支持区块链技术的友好政策，将有可能落后于其他国家。」
CLARITY 法案明确了 美国商品期货交易委员会（CFTC）与 证券交易委员会（SEC）在加密监管中的职责分工。法案将大部分加密市场监管权授予 CFTC，而与证券相关的加密产品则由 SEC 监管。
