اجرای فنی این پروژه بهطور مشترک توسط Anchorpoint Financial، یک شرکت فینتک تحت حمایت استاندارد چارترد هنگکنگ، و کارگزاران دیجیتال گروه OSL و PantherTrade انجام شد. در این آزمایش بلاکچینی، شرکتکنندگان مستقیماً دلار هنگکنگ فیزیکی سنتی را به داراییهای ذخیره تبدیل کردند که منجر به ضرب موجودیهای دیجیتال روی زنجیره شد و پس از تکمیل تراکنش، توکنها از طریق یک توافقنامه بازخرید به موجودی بانکی فیات تبدیل شدند.
استاندارد چارترد چارچوب حضانت و خدمات امانی این پروژه را فراهم کرد. طبق برنامهریزی، صدور عمومی این استیبلکوین به صورت مرحلهای تا پایان سهماهه دوم امسال آغاز خواهد شد.
