Gli istituti bancari pagheranno gli interessi sui saldi dei portafogli digitali in renminbi dei clienti, rispettando l'accordo di autodisciplina sui prezzi dei tassi di interesse dei depositi. Possono gestire autonomamente l'asset-liability dei saldi digitali del portafoglio in renminbi e ricevere lo stesso livello di protezione di sicurezza di depositi dall'assicurazione dei depositi come richiesto dalla legge. Per gli istituti di pagamento non bancari, l'obbligo di riserva in renminbi digitali non è diverso dalle riserve dei clienti per gli istituti di pagamento non bancari.
