Secondo notizie di mercato, l'emendamento alla legge sulle transazioni in valuta estera della Corea del Sud è stato approvato dalla Commissione Legislativa e Giudiziaria dell'Assemblea Nazionale. Questo emendamento amplierà l'ambito normativo del trading di valuta estera includendo i fornitori di servizi di asset virtuali, tra cui gli exchange di criptovalute.
La commissione ha approvato il disegno di legge nella sessione plenaria odierna e ha adottato le revisioni suggerite dai membri della commissione tecnica. Il disegno di legge è stato ora presentato all'Assemblea Nazionale per il voto finale, che potrebbe avvenire già il 7 maggio.
