La Federal Reserve ha dichiarato che le riconferme sono avvenute dopo una valutazione completa da parte del consiglio di amministrazione di ciascuna banca della Federal Reserve sui rispettivi presidenti e hanno ricevuto il "consenso unanime" del Consiglio dei Governatori della Federal Reserve.
Per legge, tutti i presidenti e i primi vicepresidenti delle banche della Federal Reserve servono un mandato di cinque anni. Gli attuali mandati scadono il 28 febbraio 2026.
