Aptos governance proposal #206 is currently under voting, aiming to enable the ChunkyDKG V1 full mode and the encrypted_transactions feature. According to the design of AIP-144, users can encrypt transaction content before submission, and validators will collaborate to decrypt it after consensus determines the transaction order, reducing risks such as frontrunning and other MEV risks. Voting will end on October 6, with approximately 32.586 million APT in favor, which has not yet reached the voting threshold of 300 million APT. The proposal is still in the voting phase and has not been officially approved.
