Bittensor ORO Joins Y Combinator, First Crypto Project with Accepted Token

The ORO project from Bittensor has joined the Y Combinator accelerator. ORO, the 15th subnet of Bittensor, focuses on developing AI agents for e-commerce and offers a competitive arena to enhance these agents. Y Combinator, known for supporting companies like Airbnb and Coinbase, has decided to accept ORO, marking a first for a crypto project with an active token. The Bittensor team expresses motivation to work with Christopher Golda and his team to develop open-source models for agent-based commerce. This support typically includes equity participation in the company and a mentorship program to structure and accelerate its growth. The ORO token has seen a 20% increase in the last 24 hours, reaching around $9. This integration could boost the ORO project and pave the way for other similar initiatives from Y Combinator.
