Chainlink Launches Institutional Financing and Collateral Management Solution Chainlink Fulcrum

Chainlink has launched an institutional financing and collateral management solution called Chainlink Fulcrum, which supports collateral financing transactions such as cross-chain repurchase agreements between public and private chains. This solution separates the management location of financing agreements from the settlement network of cash and collateral, allowing both parties to select qualified assets, set financing terms through a single entry point, and coordinate settlements on any supported chain, providing 24/7 operational support. Chainlink Fulcrum integrates Chainlink's CRE, CCIP, and Data Streams, does not custody assets, does not act as a counterparty, and does not operate trading venues. Chainlink has demonstrated the cross-chain institutional financing process of this solution with DTCC at Sibos 2026.
