According to Arkham data, at 19:48, 459.99 BTC (worth approximately 32.22 million USD) was transferred from an anonymous address (starting with bc1qtst4g...) to another anonymous address (starting with bc1qc75rj...). Subsequently, that address transferred part of the BTC (14.56 BTC) to Bitstamp.
