DWF Labs' British Virgin Islands company DWF Maas has filed a lawsuit against BitGo in the High Court of London, claiming $141 million. The two parties had previously agreed to sell Falcon Finance and ESPORTS tokens to BitGo at a discount, subject to a three-month lock-up period and subsequent vesting rules. BitGo sold the tokens before the lock-up period expired, leading to a price drop and causing direct losses to the tokens still held. DWF Labs stated that the discount was contingent on the tokens being locked, and the relevant tokens were transferred to the exchange about two months before the initial unlock.
