Ontology Mainnet Resumes Operation, Sync Node Upgraded to v3.1.5

The Ontology mainnet has completed its security review and network upgrade procedures, and is now back to normal operation. All Sync Nodes must be upgraded to version v3.1.5 as soon as possible to ensure compatibility with the network and smooth synchronization following the mainnet's restoration. The team will continue to monitor network security, stability, and performance, and will collaborate with relevant technical and security partners to ensure the long-term safety and reliability of the network.
