The Shanghai Financial Regulatory Bureau has issued opinions to promote the quality and efficiency of technology finance in the banking and insurance sectors, emphasizing the innovative role of new technologies such as artificial intelligence in technology finance. The opinions encourage financial institutions to build enterprise-level artificial intelligence platforms and comprehensively apply digital technologies such as big data, blockchain, the Internet of Things, and quantum computing to enhance the intelligent operational level in product research and development, business decision-making, and risk management. Financial institutions are supported in innovating evaluation mechanisms for technology enterprises, shifting to evaluations that focus on innovation capabilities, relying on databases in the technology finance field, and using the "Shanghai Science and Technology Credit Score" to construct a dedicated evaluation system for technology finance, accurately portraying technology talents and technology-oriented enterprises, and accelerating the development of suitable technology finance products.
