Superlogic Acquires Entravel's Crypto Business, Animoca Brands Becomes Strategic Investor

Superlogic Technologies has announced the acquisition of Entravel Group's white-label crypto travel platform business and the on-chain tokenization rewards technology builder Spree. This acquisition will enhance Bookit's ability to provide a native travel and experience booking platform for crypto institutions and strengthen the tokenization capabilities of on-chain points and interoperable rewards. Animoca Brands will become a strategic investor and shareholder in Superlogic, with Chief Operating Officer Minh Do joining the advisory board. Following the acquisition, the Bookit ecosystem will add 27 white-label partners, including Kraken, MetaMask, and EtherFi, opening up a network of over 2 million merchants for travel, retail, and VIP experiences to partners and their end users. Superlogic CEO Lin Dai stated that integrating the technologies and partner networks of Entravel Group and Spree is an important step in advancing scalable full-stack travel and rewards enterprise solutions.
