AI data centers continue to compete aggressively for capacity, causing severe DRAM/NAND shortages. Combined with Microsoft’s strong cloud results validating demand, capital has flowed heavily back into the storage sector.

2) Apple Warns of Supply Shortages; AI Data Center Demand Pulls Stock Lower
