A plataforma de liquidação de valores mobiliários tokenizados Seturion, parte do Grupo da Bolsa de Valores de Stuttgart, está colaborando com o Société Générale, sua subsidiária de criptomoedas SG-Forge e a corretora online flatexDEGIRO para construir um sistema de liquidação de valores mobiliários baseado em blockchain na Europa.
O Société Générale emitirá valores mobiliários estruturados tokenizados em sua plataforma Seturion, como warrants Turbo e certificados de investimento. A SG-Forge, que possui uma licença de mercado de ativos cripto emitida por reguladores franceses, usará suas stablecoins de euro e dólar, EURCV e USDCV, para a liquidação de transações. Enquanto isso, a flatexDEGIRO conectará a plataforma aos seus canais de varejo europeus para a negociação de valores mobiliários tokenizados.
