Según Tech In Asia, K25.ai, una plataforma de mercados de predicción y retransmisión en directo dirigida por el ex director de operaciones de OKX, Andy Cheung, y con sede en Singapur, anunció que NewGenIVF Group (NIVF), que cotiza en el Nasdaq, realizó una inversión preliminar de 2 millones de dólares con una valoración de 100 millones de dólares. Esta inversión podría aumentar posteriormente hasta los 10 millones de dólares. El acuerdo también otorga a NIVF una asociación institucional exclusiva en la región de Asia-Pacífico. K25.ai y NIVF planean expandirse a mercados como Singapur, Tailandia, Japón, Australia y Nueva Zelanda. La startup declaró que está explorando formas de entrar en el mercado público a través de transacciones estratégicas o fusiones inversas, pero no hay garantía de que los planes de cotización sigan adelante.
