BlockBeats News, 19 novembre, selon CoinDesk citant deux sources proches du dossier, Apex Group, un fournisseur de services financiers gérant plus de 30 000 milliards de dollars d'actifs, va acquérir la plateforme d'investissement londonienne Globacap, qui détient une licence de courtier régulée aux États-Unis.
Cette acquisition aidera Apex à piloter des projets de tokenisation de fonds régulés aux États-Unis, alors que l'intérêt des investisseurs institutionnels pour les actifs du monde réel (RWA) basés sur la blockchain ne cesse de croître.
En mars dernier, la plateforme crypto britannique Archax avait annoncé l'acquisition de la division américaine de Globacap. Cependant, selon un rapport récent citant des sources, l'accord ne s'est pas concrétisé et un nouveau candidat a fait son apparition.
Apex et Archax ont refusé de commenter la transaction. Les représentants de Globacap n'ont pas répondu immédiatement aux demandes de commentaires.
