La plateforme de règlement de titres tokenisés Seturion, qui fait partie du groupe de la Bourse de Stuttgart, collabore avec Société Générale, sa filiale spécialisée dans les cryptomonnaies SG-Forge, et le courtier en ligne flatexDEGIRO pour construire un système de règlement de titres basé sur la blockchain en Europe.
Société Générale émettra des titres structurés tokenisés sur sa plateforme Seturion, tels que des warrants Turbo et des certificats d'investissement. SG-Forge, qui détient une licence de prestataire de services sur actifs numériques (PSAN) délivrée par les régulateurs français, utilisera ses stablecoins euro et dollar CoinVertible, EURCV et USDCV, pour le règlement des transactions. De son côté, flatexDEGIRO connectera la plateforme à ses canaux de vente au détail européens pour le trading de titres tokenisés.
