Important: CoinEx says the September 29 deadline matters for original-form withdrawals of non-USDT assets. Read the issuer's final cessation announcement before acting, and allow time for network confirmations.

How to withdraw from CoinEx before the deadlines

  1. Sign in to CoinEx through the official website or app and review your spot, futures, margin, loan, Earn, staking, and strategy balances.
  2. Close or reduce positions and cancel orders while the relevant service is still available. CoinEx says futures entered Reduce-Only Mode on September 15 and that futures services cease on September 22.
  3. For each asset you want to keep in its original form, open the withdrawal screen, select the asset and the correct destination network, and paste or scan the destination address.
  4. Check the destination address, network, minimum amount, and displayed fee before confirming. Send a small test transaction when appropriate and keep the transaction ID.
  5. Complete the security checks and save the confirmation. Do not wait until the final hours: CoinEx warns that network congestion, changing fees, or longer confirmations can delay withdrawals.

CoinEx says non-USDT assets held at the September 29 processing point may be sold in external markets and converted to USDT where external liquidity exists. It also says assets without external-market liquidity may be delisted and their wallets may no longer be maintained. If you want an asset in its original form, use the September 29, 02:00 UTC cut-off rather than relying on later processing.

What happens after the withdrawal period?

CoinEx states that, after the withdrawal period ends, unwithdrawn USDT will be transferred into independent custody. Its notice says custody fees will be charged monthly at 5% of the original asset balance at the end of the withdrawal period, in accordance with the applicable agreement and announcement. CoinEx also says claims may be submitted through its official support email and that the deadline for custody claims is August 22, 2028. Treat these as the issuer's stated arrangements and re-read the primary notice before relying on them.
