ABM-Trade Builds Soybean Processing Plant for €8.5 Million

By: delo.ua|2026/09/08 18:04:21

The company "ABM-Trade" is constructing a soybean processing plant in Volyn with a capacity of approximately 190 tons per day, with an investment of €8.5 million. The launch of the facility is scheduled for November 2026. The plant will produce roasted soybeans for pigs and poultry, as well as a soybean product with a high content of protected protein for cattle. The production process includes cleaning, drying, thermal treatment, and cooling. The plant's capacity will be about 8 tons of soybeans per hour. The construction is linked to the company's plans to expand its product range and increase the geography of sales. Part of the production will be used for in-house feed and protein concentrate production, which will help reduce costs. Six silos with a total capacity of 2,958 m³ will be installed at the plant. Equipment is being purchased from American partners, and the construction is being carried out by "LLENTAB-Ukraine". Raw materials are planned to be sourced from Ukrainian farmers, and the finished products will be supplied to both the domestic market and for export. The company already has preliminary agreements with buyers from the EU, Moldova, and Asia, as well as interest from African countries.
