Analyst Claims Market Stability Comes from Exhausted Sellers Rather Than Demand Recovery

CryptoQuant analyst Darkfost pointed out that since the beginning of the year, Bitcoin's performance has been weak, with spot demand continuously shrinking, and the market primarily relying on futures speculation. The current trend shows an increase in futures demand while spot demand is declining, similar to previous bear markets. For a sustainable rise, there needs to be a consensus between futures and spot demand. Currently, the total demand for spot and futures is estimated at -127,000 BTC, which is insufficient to drive prices up. The market stability is more due to exhausted selling power rather than a genuine recovery in demand. If there is no panic selling accompanied by extremely low trading volume, the pullback may continue.
