Some analysts predict that the 10-year U.S. Treasury yield may rise to 6% due to concerns over federal budget deficits, rising debt, and capital competition. Since the end of 2023, this yield has increased to 5.23%, while the price of Bitcoin has roughly doubled to $86,000. If the yield rises due to fiscal concerns, investors may seek alternatives to government debt, which could benefit Bitcoin; however, if the yield increase is driven by the Federal Reserve tightening monetary policy, Bitcoin may face pressure.
