Arthur Hayes Recommends Ethena and Ether.fi Besides Bitcoin and Ether
Arthur Hayes has announced that he expects a significant rise in cryptocurrencies. In his latest blog post, he evaluated the U.S. Treasury Department's bond buyback moves, stating that Scott Bessent had to intervene to lower interest rates. Hayes expressed that Bessent acted similarly to former Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, saying, "We cannot call what is happening QE, but the result will still be more dollars entering the market. This will eventually flow into Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies." He emphasized that the strategy Yellen implemented at the end of 2023 had strongly lifted Bitcoin, noting that Bessent would likely follow a similar path. Hayes stated that he is optimistic about Bitcoin and altcoins, revealing that his portfolio includes Bitcoin, Ether, Ethena, and Ether.fi. "Buy Bitcoin, or your favorite altcoin, and wait patiently. If smoke is starting to come out, it means something is happening. I believe a significant upward movement is preparing from the lows," he said. Additionally, he warned about leveraged trading, stating, "Even if Bitcoin rises, there will be sharp corrections. If you are not a professional trader, do not use leverage."
