Prefer us on GoogleSince its launch in July, BAX, the artificial intelligence application from the City of Buenos Aires, has reached over 110,000 users and 1 million total views. This app centralizes public services and facilitates daily procedures quickly and simply. It allows users to request appointments, track processes, and access information about documents such as birth certificates. Additionally, it features a section called 'Linda' to learn about cultural activities in the City. BAX has recorded over 125,000 conversations between chat and voice with artificial intelligence agents. The Head of Government, Jorge Macri, highlighted that BAX reduces processing times from 15-20 minutes to just 1 minute. The app is part of the City's digital transformation strategy, aiming to simplify residents' experiences with the government. Raúl Piola, Secretary of Innovation and Digital Transformation, stated that BAX responds to a growing demand for more agile and personalized public services. To use it, users must download the app 'BAX, the City's AI' from Google Play or the App Store and create an account by validating their identity in miBA.
