Bitget API Fully Supports CFD Trading, Covering Global Assets Such as Gold, Forex, and Indices
The Bitget API now fully supports CFDs (Contracts for Difference), extending programmatic trading capabilities to global markets including gold, forex, stock indices, and crude oil. Institutional clients and professional traders can directly manage their CFD accounts through the API, encompassing core functions such as order execution, account inquiries, fund transfers, real-time market data, and risk control parameters, thereby extending existing strategies to traditional financial derivatives markets. This upgrade enriches the scenarios for programmatic trading, allowing traders to incorporate macroeconomic data, Federal Reserve policies, employment and inflation data, oil prices, and stock index fluctuations into their strategy models, and flexibly configure them with different account types such as ECN, STP, and Pro. The unified API framework provides professional traders and institutional clients with a more comprehensive programmatic trading capability in global markets.
