Bloomberg strategist Mike McGlone stated that Bitcoin has led the rise among risky assets and could now be one of the leading indicators of a potential decline. He emphasized that Bitcoin was launched during the 2009 global financial crisis and has been closely associated with risky assets ever since. McGlone noted that U.S. stocks have currently entered an 'overheated' risk zone and that some central banks have begun to raise interest rates. He also mentioned that the upcoming U.S. midterm elections and a period of increased seasonal volatility should be closely monitored by the markets. He pointed out that the cryptocurrency market, particularly Bitcoin, has shown a high correlation with stocks recently, describing this situation as 'stock puppets.' He stressed the need to closely follow a typical correction scenario in the market.
