Key timings are as follows: Tuesday at 20:15, the ADP employment change for the week ending July 11; Thursday at 02:00, the Fed's FOMC will announce its interest rate decision, followed by a press conference by Fed Chair Waller at 02:30; at 19:00, the Bank of England will announce its interest rate decision and related reports; at 20:30, initial jobless claims, June core PCE, personal spending, and second-quarter GDP data will be released; on Friday, the Bank of Japan will announce its interest rate decision and economic outlook report at 14:30, followed by a press conference by the Bank of Japan Governor; at 22:00, the University of Michigan's consumer sentiment index and one-year inflation expectations for July will be released. Meanwhile, SK Hynix will release its second-quarter earnings report on July 29 at 08:00, while Meta, Microsoft, Robinhood, Qualcomm, and Arm will announce their earnings after the US market closes on Wednesday. Apple, Amazon, Coinbase, Reddit, and Roblox will release their earnings after the market closes on Thursday. Investors are paying close attention to the AI capital expenditures and return on investments of these tech giants.
