Ethereum EIP-8141 Proposes Transaction Fee Payment Structure Without ETH

A new structure called EIP-8141 'Frame Transaction' has been proposed in Ethereum, allowing users to pay transaction fees without holding ETH. The paymaster will cover the network fees in ETH, while users settle costs using USDC or other currencies. This structure divides transaction validation and fee payment into multiple stages, allowing users to sign transactions to prove their intent, and the paymaster can then submit the transaction in ETH. Users will only see '0.1 USDC fee' on their screens, while the ETH gas cost is handled in the background. EIP-8141 does not exclude ETH from being a gas payment asset, but changes who pays the fees first. With the introduction of this structure, the demand for ETH may shift to the operating balances held by a few paymasters and wallet service providers. The frame transaction not only allows fee sponsorship but also provides the capability to bundle multiple tasks into a single transaction, enabling simultaneous approval and exchange. EIP-8141 proposes an environment where users can utilize Ethereum without directly holding ETH, but it cannot determine the demand or price direction for ETH.
