FactBlock to compensate Gaia Phone buyers 1400 dollars per device
FactBlock will launch a support program for buyers who have not received their Gaia Phone orders for an extended period. The program, funded from FactBlock's own resources, aims to address the inconvenience faced by buyers amid ongoing non-delivery issues. Support will amount to approximately 1.94 million won, or 1400 dollars, per device. This initiative will be operated independently by FactBlock, without cooperation or funding from Gaia. Gaia Network introduced its AI smartphone during Korea Blockchain Week in July 2025 and began sales in September of the same year. Since then, complaints regarding shipping delays and lack of communication have persisted among the community and buyers.
