Fortitude Appoints Kimberly Pittman as Chief Legal Officer to Assist with Merger Listing

Zcash mining platform Fortitude has appointed Kimberly Pittman as Chief Legal Officer, responsible for legal and regulatory affairs, and to assist in the merger with Nasdaq-listed HeartSciences. Kimberly Pittman previously served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel, and Secretary at ReserveOne, and held the position of Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at HubSpot, overseeing corporate governance, board advisory, mergers and acquisitions, compliance, and regulatory matters. Additionally, she has held senior legal positions at SmileDirectClub and CBS Corporation.
