Gemini Partners with Apex to Expand Crypto Event Contract Business
Gemini has signed a letter of intent with Apex Fintech Solutions to distribute Gemini's crypto prediction market contracts to broker clients served by Apex. Under the agreement, Gemini's Gemini Titan will become the exclusive CFTC-regulated trading venue for distributing crypto event contracts as an Apex futures commission merchant (FCM), with Gemini responsible for trade execution and clearing. Brokers connected to Apex will be able to offer related products to their clients without needing to connect to the prediction market exchange themselves. Gemini Titan received its CFTC Designated Contract Market (DCM) license in December 2025, and in April this year, Gemini Olympus obtained a Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) license. Both parties expect to finalize the details of the collaboration in the coming weeks.
