Kite Partners with Circle to Explore Agent Service Transactions and USDC Settlements Based on Arc

On September 18, Kite partnered with Circle to explore agent-to-agent service transactions based on Circle's Arc mainnet, covering service discovery, quoting, transaction agreements, delivery acceptance, and USDC payment settlements. Kite constructs the transaction process through the Kite Seller Console and Kite Agent Passport, allowing sellers to set service prices, delivery deadlines, and acceptance conditions. Buyers authorize payments within a preset spending limit and connect delivery and settlement through an escrow mechanism. Kite is responsible for service agreements and delivery processes, while Arc provides the payment settlement network. Currently, the relevant transaction processes have been validated on the Arc testnet, and subsequent integration work is still underway.
