Li Lin Sells London Mansion for £190 Million

Former Huobi founder Li Lin has sold his mansion, The Holme, located in Regent's Park, London, for approximately £190 million. Li purchased the property in 2024 for £139 million and sold it nearly two years later, realizing a paper profit of about £51 million. The Holme features 40 bedrooms and approximately 4 acres of private gardens, and it has been leased long-term to the British royal estate. The identity of the seller in this transaction was previously undisclosed, and Li's actual ownership relationship is not reflected in the publicly available property registry in the UK. Li founded Huobi in 2013 and sold his shares in 2022. His family office, Avenir Group, is headquartered in Hong Kong and primarily invests in digital assets. Li is currently the largest shareholder of the cryptocurrency wealth management group Bitfire Group, holding a 30% stake.
