The Fed will announce its decision on interest rates this Wednesday (29). Currently, the market bets that the rate will be maintained, but there is a possibility of a 0.25% increase. The probability of maintenance ranges from 70% to 80%, with data from the CME FedWatch Tool indicating 70.6% for maintenance and 29.4% for an increase. An unexpected increase could negatively impact Bitcoin, while maintenance is not expected to affect the cryptocurrency. Comments from Kevin Warsh, the Fed's chairman, during the press conference are anticipated with attention. Additionally, the market is awaiting the release of inflation data (PCE) on Thursday (30). The PCE, the Fed's preferred indicator, is broader than the CPI, and high inflation could alter expectations for future Fed meetings, affecting Bitcoin. Currently, Bitcoin is priced at $63,670, down 1.9% in the last 24 hours.
