Paris Blockchain Week Rebranded as Signal Week Under Hyve Group Ownership

Paris Blockchain Week has been rebranded as Signal Week following its acquisition by Hyve Group, which also acquired RAISE Summit and MACHINA Summit. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Hyve aims to create a new AI-focused division that integrates crypto expertise into its fintech portfolio. The rebranded event will cover institutional digital assets, traditional finance, and AI-driven financial infrastructure. The latest Paris Blockchain Week attracted over 10000 attendees from more than 100 countries, with executives comprising 70% of the audience. RAISE Summit attracted over 9000 AI attendees, while MACHINA focuses on robotics and physical AI. The acquisitions aim to bring together crypto, enterprise AI, and robotics, potentially attracting more banks, investors, and policymakers to the Paris ecosystem. Hyve plans to enhance the events with hosted meetings, executive discussions, and stronger matchmaking, while also pursuing international expansion. Hyve is undergoing its own ownership change, with Hellman & Friedman set to acquire it from Providence Equity Partners and Searchlight Capital Partners by the end of 2026, valuing the deal at approximately 1800000000 dollars. This acquisition positions Signal Week within a group focused on global growth.
