On September 10, a Russian strike damaged the 'Oleina' plant in Dnipro, owned by the American corporation Bunge. Mayor Boris Filatov reported that this was not the first shelling of the facility. He emphasized that the strike should draw the attention of the international community. Utility services and heavy machinery are working at the strike site to address the damage to infrastructure. It is expected that electrical and contact networks will be restored in the coming hours, and traffic will resume by the evening. As a result of the strike, two people were killed, and five others, including a child, were injured. A fire broke out at the scene, engulfing 12 cars and two minibuses, which was completely extinguished by rescuers. Russia continues to attack American businesses in Ukraine, with previous strikes damaging offices of Boeing and other facilities.
