Scroll Plans to Transition to a Permissioned Network, SCR and USX to Migrate to Ethereum Mainnet

The Ethereum Layer 2 network Scroll announced on October 30 the summary of its DAO monthly meeting, planning to adjust its existing network to a permissioned network and migrate SCR and USX to the Ethereum mainnet. Scroll stated that it will submit a detailed proposal for governance procedures to review the relevant transition arrangements. To facilitate the transition, Scroll is preparing to assist users in reviewing their existing positions and safely transferring or withdrawing assets during the network transformation. Additionally, Scroll's AI application Compass has launched a paid subscription service on iOS, while the Android version and more fiat payment options are still in development, and the Compass API is also expanding support for different AI models.
