SoftBank Group has attracted 21 new lending institutions to its $40 billion bridge loan raised for investing in OpenAI during the syndication financing phase, with the new lenders collectively securing approximately $7 billion in loan commitments. First Abu Dhabi Bank, Singapore's Government Investment Corporation, and Standard Chartered each subscribed to nearly $1 billion in shares, while the remaining funds were allocated to several banks in Europe, Japan, and Taiwan. Currently, the remaining $33 billion of the bridge loan is still held by underwriters and senior lenders, with potential for further syndication in the future.
